LUCKNOW: The first phase of the self-defense training program for girls began at UP Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) ITI in the city on Monday.  Minister of State for vocational education and skill development (independent charge) Kapil Dev Agrawal inaugurated it during the one-day employment fair. Under the program, 10,000 girls from UP districts will receive self-defense training. It will be provided by the Sports, physical education, fitness and Leisure – skills Council (SPEFL-SC) under the skill acquisition and knowledge awareness for livelihood promotion (SANKALP) program of UPSDM. Agrawal distributed Nirbhaya Kits to 12 girls who completed the four-day training workshop as part of the program.

Chief executing officer, SPEFL-SC, Tahsin Zahid said, "We are trying to conduct training in every educational institution of the state for which we are in talks with UP education department." "Once we complete training 15, 000 girls we will be writing a letter to qualify for Guinness World Records," he added.

गंगानगर। उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन की ओर से पांच राजकीय आईटीआई में 735 लड़कियों को तीन दिवसीय सेल्फ डिफेंस ट्रेनिंग दी गईं। अरुणोदय को राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष डॉ. अनुभूति चौहान मुख्य अतिथि रहीं। यूपीएसडीएम के निदेशक आंद्रा वामसी ने कहा कि आत्मरक्षा तकनीकों को सीखकर महिलाएं कौशल हासिल कर सकती हैं। एसपीईएफएल-एससी के सीईओ तहसीन जाहिद ने कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम सर्वश्रेष्ठ आत्मरक्षा प्रथाओं और तकनीकों पर आधारित है। महिलाओं को राजकीय आईटीआई साकेत, सरधना, हस्तिनापुर, विश्व बैंक महिला और खरखौदा के साथ-साथ कुछ यूपीएसडीएम कौशल केंद्र – अनुराग वेलफेयर यूपीएसडीएम कौशल केंद्र, दक्ष्य अकादमी और एनआईजेटी में प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल बिकास मिशन (यूपीएसडीएम) की ओर से मेरठ के पांच राजकीय आईटीआई में 735 लड़कियों को तीन दिवसीय सेल्फ डिफेंस ट्रेनिंग दी गई। राजकीय आईटीआई साकेत, सरधना, हस्तिनापुर, विश्व बैंक महिला और खरखौदा के साथ-साथ कुछ यूपोएसडीएम कौशल केंद्र – वेलफेयर यूपीएस कौशल के दर, दाक्षय अकादमी और एनआईजेटी में प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। अरुणोदय कौशल विकास मिशन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष डॉ. अनुभूति चौहान ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत करके लड़कियों की हौंसला अफजाई की और उन्हें चेन अलार्म, सेफ्टी सीट, स्प्रे और स्टिंगर से युक्त ऋणिर्भया किट वितरित की गई।

इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य लड़कियों को आत्मरक्षा तकनीक और रणनीति सीखाकर उन्हें सशक्त बनाना है। बता दें कि उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन (यूपीएसडीएम) ने पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तहत राज्य के 16 शहरों में 70 हजार लड़कियों के लिए सेल्फ डिफेंस ट्रेनिंग का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत कार्यरत Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC) की निगरानी में स्किल डेवलपमेंट ट्रेनर्स ने लड़कियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया है।

यूपीएसडीएम के निदेशक, आंद्रा बामसी ने आत्मरक्षा प्रशिक्षण के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि आत्मरक्षा तकनीकों को सीखकर, महिलाएं खुद को बचाने और हमलावरों के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए आत्मविश्वास और कौशल हासिल कर सकती हैं। इस पायलट प्रोजेक्ट से 10,000 बेटियों के जीवन पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा। इस पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के दौरान हर जिले के आईटीआई यूपीएसडीएम के प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों में यह ट्रेनिंग दी जा रही है। एसपीईएफएल-एससी के सीईओ तहसीन जाहिद ने कहा कि यह पहल महिलाओं और लड़कियों को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से शुरू किया गया है। इस प्रशिक्षण में उन्हें तकनीक के साथ कौशल भी सिखाए जा रहे हैं।

यह कार्यक्रम दुनिया की कुछ बेहतरीन युद्ध प्रणालियों की सर्वश्रेष्ठ आत्मरक्षा प्रथाओं और तकनीकों पर आधारित है और शारीरिक एवं मानसिक फिटनेस के महत्व पर केंद्रित है।
